Oral argument in the case brought by Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake on the defendant’s Motion to Dismiss is ongoing as of 12:07 p.m. EST, with the live link here: https://rumble.com/v21fr1e-live-lake-v-hobbs-motion-to-dismiss.html (https://rumble.com/v21fr1e-live-lake-v-hobbs-motion-to-dismiss.html)
As of that time, attorneys for defendant Katie Hobbs, currently the secretary of state and the declared winner of the governor’s race, are arguing to the judge that the claims Lake’s case makes are without merit.
Hearings in the case began last week (https://arizonasuntimes.com/2022/12/13/judge-holds-emergency-court-hearing-over-election-lawsuit-calls-for-kari-lake-and-katie-hobbs-to-appear/), with Judge Peter Thompson presiding.
Lake claims she would have been deemed the winner had a myriad of problems not occurred, particularly on Election Day in Maricopa County, the state’s most populous and heavily-leaning Republican county.

Just have to question Lake should have used different language.
