The proposal I heard was an amendment to recall the president if 2/3 of state legislatures or 2/3 of each house of congress passed a motion to recall the President. The motion could only be done once a year.

Edit: By recall I meant through an election, not on the whims of the legislature.

Dumb idea.
You need some stability for foreign policy to be effective and that may mean the President takes action that later proves to be unpopular. We do not need to give the presidency over to demagogues who can work up enough of the country into a froth to circumvent elections.
I see this as trying add impeachment without a crime and that is just dumb.

This poll reminds of a meeting I was in once. Some college kid made a suggestion that we knew the boss just wasn't going to let happen. So after the educated idiot stopped talking the boss looked straight at him and said:
"Yea, well if buzzards had a radios shoved up their @ss we'd have music in the air too!"

I like the recall idea but not for the President - I want it for Congress. I also want Senator's to be appointed by unicameral session of the State Legislature with an option to recall as well.
-
Bad idea. That's what the impeachment process is for.

Not a Trump fan, but no. I don't like the thought of everytime the media pitches a hissy fit that a vote could ensue.

There is a recall process. Happens once every 4 years.

Good Save the King.

Yes, because we don't have nearly enough elections as it is.

No.
