1) Blame it on 'an obscure' video-maker....or
2) Blame it on his own failed foreign policy in Libya.
Liberals believe that if your save them from "bad guys", that they'll love us for liberating them. They're shocked.
Recall Hillary Clinton asking rhetorically "How could they do this after all we've done for them?" She really didn't know.

The meeting she is having with Obama this afternoon...oh, to be a fly on the wall.
But Obama is stuck with her, he can't fire her...Bill Clinton is his only lifeline to the Independents and is doing better on the campaign trail than Obama is. If Hillary goes, what of Bill saving Obama?

I'm now changing my mind...I think Hillary comes out of the meeting and resigns. It's the only gambit there is for one of them to try to save face. She will say that her own Department was wrong and it was her fault. Bill will quietly stop campaigning for Obama. And Obama goes it alone. Hillary's politically dead anyway, she'll hold her tongue for 4 weeks after resigning.
There just isn't any way to blame Republicans for this mess. It is foreign policy (which most Obama voters don't give a rat's ass about, they want their Obama phones). It's all Obama's.

Can the Speaker of the House go the to White House with a MP detail and take him in custody?

I think a declaration of incapacity is required - supermajority of Congress. And Biden would become President.
Four weeks out, I don't think so, with this Congress...no way.
