Title: Trump Doesn’t Back The Time Warner And AT&T Merger If Zucker Still Heads CNN
Post by: ABX on July 06, 2017, 04:15:24 pm
There seems to be more to this WWE scripted fued than meets the eye.....

Quote
The White House does not support the pending merger between CNN’s parent company Time Warner and AT&T if Jeff Zucker remains president of the CNN, a source familiar with President Trump’s thinking told The Daily Caller.

The New York Times similarly reported Wednesday night that “White House advisers have discussed” the merger as being a “potential point of leverage over their adversary” CNN.

So this is where "conservatism" is headed? We need politically correct (in the "conservative" sense) heads of companies before we'll approve regulatory dealings and such?

Very dangerous territory IMO.

Remember getting AOL CD discs, for free service....until you discovered it mucked up your entire internet experience, planting unknown software on your computer.

Then calling AOL to cancel? Being offered another 30 days for free?

Remember the corporate name "AOL-Time Warner?" Until the "AOL" part was damaging, and was dropped.

That is the company. CNN-Time Warner
