And if they couldn't kill us with the virus, they knew they had a good chance with the jab.

Exactly. I was encouraged to get the jab as I was very high risk.  Nope, I took my chances as I wasn't going to inject some hurried vaccine into my body that my body likely wouldn't be able to fight.

Judge accuses Trump of trying to intimidate juror called to clarify 'anti-Trump' posts
By kschnitzernyp

Donald Trump was accused by Justice Juan Merchan of intimidating a juror who was called in to clarify his attorney's claims of alleged "anti-Trump" Facebook posts.

The judge told Trump's attorney Todd Blanche that Trump was uttering something to the juror who was "12 feet away from your client."

"Your client was audibly uttering something," the judge said, "I don't know what he was uttering..."

He then offered a stiff warning: "I won’t tolerate that. I won’t have any jurors intimidated in this courtroom. I will be crystal clear."

The flareup came after Blanche challenged Juror No. 1 for cause because he claimed that the woman had made two Facebook posts on the day of the 2020 presidential election, when "President Trump lost the election."

The juror had previously said they did not have any biases against Trump, Blanche said.

Another Trump attorney, Susan Necheles, said the post was of a "clearly anti-Trump event."

“This is clearly an anti-Trump event that she’s out celebrating and partying at," Necheles said.

Nearly 50 traumatized revelers who survived the Hamas attack on the Nova music festival in Israel have died by suicide in the last six months because they were unable to cope with the tragedy, a survivor revealed Tuesday.

“Few people know, but there have been almost 50 suicides among the Nova survivors. This number, which was true two months ago, may have increased since,” Nova festival survivor Guy Ben Shimon told a parliamentary hearing for a State Audit Commission on the treatment of the Oct. 7 survivors.

He said many of his friends who escaped the massacre could not recover from what they had witnessed, I24NEWS reported.

“There are many survivors who had to be forcibly hospitalized due to their psychological state. My friends are not getting out of bed, neither am I,” he said in Hebrew.

“I am practically unable to do anything. I had to get a dog to help me survive in my daily life. The goal for all of us is to return to work and function normally, but we cannot do it without adequate help,” Ben Shimon added.

Let's see -- COVID was aimed to kill off seniors as they were they most vulnerable class -- get rid of enough of them and voila, the won't be needing SS -- just my opinion.

Biden pushes for the tax hikes on the rich that have mostly eluded him so far

President Joe Biden is campaigning on tax hikes on the wealthy and corporations of the kind that he has mostly failed to implement thus far.

Biden will make stops on Tuesday in his home state of Pennsylvania, where he will use the opportunity to contrast his tax policy vision with that of his opponent, former President Donald Trump. Biden has advocated higher taxes, although he has said his proposals wouldn’t raise taxes for anyone earning less than $400,000 annually.

“Starting tomorrow in Scranton, the day after Tax Day, the president will outline how Trump’s tax plan is a handout to the rich and leaves the middle class holding the bag,” Biden campaign communications director Michael Tyler said on a call with reporters ahead of the trip.

Some of Biden’s biggest tax proposals have failed, thanks to opposition from Republicans and members of his own party. Here is a look at the tax policies Biden has pushed for and those that have made it through.
