The destruction of the Jews could not have happened if other European nations did not take an active role and most did.
Italy tried to protect its Jews !!!
French arrested there’s and held them to the Germans ..knowing all would die
The Dutch were terrible ..they helped the Germans rat out any Jewish hiding places
Nobody was worse than the Hungarians, Romanians and Ukrainians
All formed their own death squads to round up Jews and deport them and kill them !!
There intensity even surprised the Germans
Hungary had over 500,000 Jews and 3/4 perished in the war
More Romanian Jews served on avg and moved to Israel ( half survived)
