Title: Voter fraud,ilegals voting

Hi,new here, If I do it wrong, until I figure out this forum, perhaps mods will assist,thanks. By now, everyone should be aware of voter fraud, and illegal voting, in elections. I live in a large county, with a low population. "Occurrences" came up in 2016 and 2018 elections. Actually our county changed things before the 2018 elections,because of this, but most of the state did not. That is how Tester got reelected. Our SoS pursued it, then got shut down by our AG and Governor. Yes,I understand local and state elections can set their own rules, but Federal elections have to follow the Constitution. As our congress has done nothing about this, for many years, (Heres the question!!!)  can a President  declare(or something else) and issue a EO, for federal election oversee? I have asked this on several forums, never got an intelligent answer. Hope for some good input here.
