Dobbs -- the "gift" that keeps on giving.
To the leftist/communists, that is.

10 years from now, looking back, it's going to become apparent that "the right to life" was actually BETTER-protected under Roe than it will have become under Dobbs...

Cut off the top 25% of the state, making two.

Jewish orgs drop out of antisemitism meeting with Education Dept after surprise addition of left-wing groups
The organizations rescheduled a separate meeting with Education Secretary Miguel Cardona about protecting Jewish students on college campuses

Several Jewish organizations pulled out of a high-level meeting with the Department of Education about antisemitism on campuses on Friday morning after finding out far-left groups were added at the last minute, Fox News Digital has confirmed.

The groups, which "either did not participate in or dropped off the call," the Jewish Insider reported, included the Anti-Defamation League, the Jewish Federations of North America, Hillel International, the Orthodox Union, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, and the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations.

The decision was made shortly before the 10 a.m. meeting between the Jewish groups and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, White House Domestic Policy Adviser Neera Tanden and other senior officials.

According to Jewish Insider, government officials sent out a list of participating organizations only 20 minutes prior to the meeting, which "included a number of left-wing groups not usually included in White House convenings," prompting the last-minute withdrawal. The morning meeting with the Department of Education continued as scheduled, but a separate meeting for the objecting organizations took place Friday afternoon.

A very much doubt the FBI will reveal anything about who's funding these people. It isn't in the Democrat's interest to do so.

If it is revealed, it will be via other means.

From the article…..

Actor Mark Hamill visited the White House, where he gushed over White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and President “Joebi-Wan Kenobi.”

“I called him ‘Mr. President.’ He said, ‘You can call me Joe.’ And I said, ‘Can I call you Joebi-Wan Kenobi?’ He liked that,” the Star Wars actor told reporters at the podium during a Friday White House press briefing while Jean-Pierre grinned behind him.

This is how someone would talk to a patient in late stage dementia….oh wait

This is “cringy.” First we have “Momala” Harris and now “Joebi-Wan Kenobi.”

FBI should uncover who organized, funded radical student encampments

If the FBI has time to spare after harassing mothers at school board meetings, it may want to look into the groups participating in, and funding, pro-Hamas disturbances at universities across the country. Clearing out Columbia University on Tuesday night doesn’t mean the job is done.

Yes, some of the protests have been peaceful, engaging in constitutionally protected speech. But, unlike the concerned parents who simply decided to get more involved in local politics, the groups behind the protests — violent and peaceful ones — want to dismantle society. And things could turn even more violent this summer.

Authorities — not just the Federal Bureau of Investigations, but law enforcement at all levels — have presumably been keeping tabs on who’s taking part, who broke the law, who are the non-students sneaking into university property to agitate, etc. If they haven’t, Congress ought to weigh in.

The arrests in New York and Los Angeles, where the LAPD entered UCLA early Wednesday, will furnish the identity of many. Other technology, such as police drones that flew over the encampments, and the geo-fencing that tells authorities who used a phone within a space, should also help.

Most importantly, law enforcement must investigate who is funding these well-organized and well-orchestrated protests. This is particularly the case if it is a foreign power such as Iran or its terrorist proxy Hamas (which, again, would mean Iran). And if the funders are domestic, aiding and abetting violence across state lines is a federal crime.

I wonder if he has substance abuse problems.

Missouri Republicans facing abortion-rights amendment that received overwhelming support

.

Abortion appears on track to be on the ballot in another Republican state after activists say they have gathered an overwhelming number of signatures.

Missourians for Constitutional Freedom, an abortion-rights group in Missouri, says it has garnered more than 380,000 signatures for a ballot measure to enshrine abortion into the state’s constitution. The group said on Friday it submitted the signatures for verification to the state secretary of state ahead of the May 5 deadline.

The proposed initiative needs roughly 172,000 verified signatures to appear on the ballot this year. If the required signatures are verified, the measure would either be put before voters during the August primary or the November general election.

The ballot measure would enshrine access to abortion through viability — roughly 24 weeks — with exceptions for the physical and mental health of the mother. Anti-abortion activists contend the vague exceptions could clear the way for unrestricted abortion.

Currently in Missouri, abortion is banned with exceptions for a medical emergency or the life of the mother. The state law went into effect after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in the 2022 decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
