Why not send Mossad and the IDF.
How do you think they gathered the initial intelligence for those first strikes? Tea Leaves perhaps?

If anything threatens the existence of the Russian state, nuclear weapons will be used.

If Russia uses nuclear weapons against a non-nuclear country then their destruction will be certain. They will be making the case for the United States and NATO to use a devastating first strike and second strike against them.

Not to mention that anyone carrying a Russian passport and living in another country is very likely to be eradicated.

Climate/Environment / Re: Alice in Hydrogen Land

Hydrogen can only work as a means of storing electricity, but only if it is untied from the price of methane, and tied to the price of electricity instead via hydrolysis by making electricity cheaper than methane.

A hydrogen tank on a vehicle is far more practical than a bank of batteries for a car that is driven a lot (i.e. where storage losses are minimized and battery demand is surpassed).

Storage losses can also be eliminated using sodium borohydride.
