Had he inflicted the same injuries on some nobody of a fellow mentally unbalanced  street person,  he probably would not have been prosecuted in SF.

True, sadly.

Under California law, the maximum penalty for felony aggravated battery is four years.

I can't find a statute for 'attempted kidnapping' (which is pretty damn hard to prosecute considering the target victim was over 2,500 miles away.  But the penalty for kidnapping is eight years.

So we're looking at 12 years max.  Not 40.

I've been saying this for 6 months.
Nixon went on to beat Humprey by a whooping, 110 EV's.  Can Trump do the same in the age of election fraud?

Hopefully he can do it this time.

The DEMS have written the playbook on how to steal an election.  I am certain that have a plan in place.

Did Fredo apologize for misleading the Nation?

Sure.  Right after he announced on live air that Conservatives were right all along.

If you mean Chris Christi..Trump just called him a *fat pig* several times... 888mouth

I've been calling him Jelly Doughnut boy even before he won the title Krispy Kreme Chris.

In all fairness, Christie threw the first punch by going after Trump several times.  While calling someone in public a *fat pig* isn't exactly presidential, Trump hit him back, in Trump fashion.  At least Trump didn't go after him before he threw the first punch or announced he was running like he did with DeSantis, but we won't go into that.

No, I was six...

Me neither, I was 10.  But I remember the 2 years of black riots leading up to it.  I lived about 100 miles from Detroit.
