Is ther anyone i can talk to about problems I'm having syncing my iPhone to my computer?
I need to do it via phone

Is the computer a Mac?
I would think iCloud would be the way to do this.
You could also try iTunes.
If it's a Windows PC, I -think- iTunes for Windows can do it.
30 year Mac user here, but I don't have a smartphone or tablet and I don't use iCloud either...

It told me to turn off "find my phone" but I can't figure out how to do it.
I'm going to schlepp to the Genius Bar and ask them where the heck that is on my phone! Or bring my computer and phone there and just do it there.
I've been an Apple fanboy since 94 but this latest upgrade has me stymied

@Freya, did you clear it up yet?
If not, go to Settings >Your Name>iCloud OR Settings >iCloud and toggle off Find My Phone.

Try that fix before you go. It was easy for me to find on my 6.
