And we were told that a Justice of the Supreme Court might step down this summer.

Hasn't happened.  Justice Kennedy is 81 though; so, I'd think within 2 years he'd be stepping down and the summer is not over yet but I don't see it in the new month or 2.

How much longer can Ginsberg hold on?  That old girl is 84, had pancreatic cancer and heart surgery.
