Republican Congressman Ratcliffe had questioned fired FBI Director Comey before and is now calling on the former director to testify again:

Remember that in September of last year Comey lied while under oath to Rep. Ratcliffe during testimony to Congress: <video>

Rep. Ratcliffe to Comey: “Director, did you make the decision not to recommend criminal charges relating to classified information before or after Hillary Clinton was interviewed by the FBI on July 2nd?”

Comey answered:
“After”
