Many people will be able to relate to Bruce Campbell dedicating time and effort into creating his dream home.
But fewer will understand when he reveals his future home is a 727-200 aircraft tucked away in the woods of Oregon.
Describing the plane as a ‘bird that’s meant to fly’, Campbell proudly gave CNN reporters a grand tour around his unusual choice of home.

I watch HGTV -- they used to have a show on strangest homes -- this airplane home isn't unusual...

I always wanted to buy and old countryside church and convert it into a single family residence.
Had a friend that did this and it was really incredible....leaving the exterior as it was so that it didn't draw attention to any zoning enforcement etc., he transformed the interior into a New York City-style loft condominium. He even utilized the bell tower for a telescope.
