What 'ethical code of conduct' is he proposing???  Who would hold those in the Supreme Court accountable?

The leftists/DEMS are threatened at the mere thought of losing power and actually having to recognize the Constitution yet they want to hold accountable those that want to uphold the Constitution?  They have things backasswards.
