I Swapped a Honda Goldwing Flat-Six Engine into a Classic VW Beetle - the first build of its kind. In this video, I walk through the full setup: engine, drivetrain, cooling, exhaust, etc.
This swap completely transforms the car - the sound, the feel, everything.

This is all of the footage of how I built the world’s first Honda Goldwing–powered VW Beetle.
I started this swap in my garage with no sponsors, no team — just some friends and an idea that I couldn’t get out of my head. From engine mounts to wiring, cooling, and fabrication. This is all the footage I collected, showing what it took to make a flat-six Goldwing engine power a classic Volkswagen.
I even got banned from a Facebook group for saying I could build and sell this kit. Turns out, it actually works!
Driving footage with the Bug, and more builds coming very soon.

Christiansburg, VA? There used to be an awesome bug shop just outside of Blacksburg, on the opposite side from Christiansburg.
