I’m sure this decision has NOTHING to do with the fact that she will be a victim of the red tsunami. ‘You’re not breaking up with me… I’m breaking up with YOU!’ 🤡

Report: California Sanctuary State Shielding Illegal Alien, Accused of Attacking Paul Pelosi, from ICE Agents
John Binder 7 Nov 2022
California’s sanctuary state law is reportedly shielding the illegal alien accused of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) husband, Paul Pelosi, from being interviewed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
As Breitbart News reported, police officers in San Francisco, California, responded to a 911 call made by Paul Pelosi. According to police, on October 28, 42-year-old DePape attacked Pelosi with a hammer, leaving him with severe blunt-force injuries to his head that called for immediate surgery.
DePape has since been charged with assault and attempted kidnapping.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed that DePape is an illegal alien who has been living in the sanctuary state of California for some time after overstaying a B-2 tourist visa.
Jon Feere, a former ICE official in the Trump administration, says his sources at the agency reveal that California’s sanctuary state law is protecting DePape and preventing ICE agents from interviewing him in the case.

The US Department of Homeland Security wants to deport the illegal immigrant accused of assaulting House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband with a hammer.
However, San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said Thursday that she will refuse to turn the suspect over to ICE officials citing the San Francisco's sanctuary city policies which ban departments and officials from assisting immigration officers with detentions or deportations. ...

The Paul Pelosi Saga Is Turning into a Miscarriage of Journalism
Brad Slager
| Nov 07, 2022
On Friday, Julio Rosas wrote how NBC News had some new developments to report regarding the attack on Paul Pelosi in his home during the early morning hours of October 28. California-based NBC reporter Miguel Almaguer, filing his piece with "The Today Show," had a number of new details about that night, delivered, he says, from "sources familiar with what unfolded in the Pelosi residence." This would indicate he spoke to someone in law enforcement with intimate knowledge of the episode that night but speaking off the record.
Almaguer's report revealed that the behavior of Paul Pelosi was not of someone in apparent distress, as he supposedly let police in and was not behaving as if he were in danger, and had actually walked away from police and returned to reengage with David DePape, who was in his home already and then subsequently witnessed by police attacking Pelosi with the hammer. And then – Almaguer's report disappeared.
The video was taken down from "The Today Show" Twitter account and removed from the website, which now states that the video has "expired." An editor's note explains, "This piece has been removed from publication because it did not meet NBC News reporting standards." This is a rather curious announcement once you consider all of the editorial levels a report has to go through in order to make it onto the broadcast.
This now becomes at least the third time a news outlet has reported on the Pelosi incident, only to retract their content after the fact. Add to this the police also seemingly changing their official statements, as well as the subsequent refusal of not just one but two police agencies refusing to release video footage from that evening, and you have a story built up to a national level of interest with more questions stacking up but answers becoming veiled.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has revealed that her husband, Paul, was so badly injured in the hammer attack at their home that surgeons had to “take off the skull" and pound the dents out of it (reshape for the non medical types) before bondoing it back in place. After rehab he has an appointment with "The Hair Club for Men".

Paul Pelosi attack: New federal indictment reveals what suspect was wearing when police arrived
David DePape faces federal charges of assaulting an immediate family member of a federal official and attempted kidnapping of a federal officer
By Michael Ruiz | Fox News (https://www.foxnews.com/us/paul-pelosi-attack-new-federal-indictment-reveals-what-suspect-was-wearing-when-police-arrived) New court filings in the Paul Pelosi home invasion attack case have revealed what suspect David DePape was wearing during the early morning assault on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband last month.
San Francisco police arrived at the home around 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 and found Pelosi in his pajamas and the intruder wearing shorts, sneakers and a sweatshirt, according to a superseding indictment returned last week.
The encounter lasted just 15 seconds from when Pelosi opened the door for officers to when the hammer attack took place, according to the filing, and was recorded on the body-worn cameras of two responding officers. ...
Investigators also said that DePape researched homes of Pelosi and two other targets on an alleged hit list two days before breaking into the House Speaker’s $8 million hilltop Pacific Heights mansion. ...
The indictment may be viewed at the above link. The body cam footage may not be viewed by anyone, however.

NBC suspends correspondent after retracting his story on Paul Pelosi attack, report
The report by "Today Show" correspondent Michael Almaguer report seems to contradict police and prosecutors' claims and spurred conspiracy theories.

NBC News has reportedly suspended national correspondent Michael Almaguer over a story the news outlet retracted about the assault of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi.
Almaguer's apparent suspension, first reported by The Daily Beast, comes after NBC said it retracted the reporter's Nov. 4 story on Pelosi "because it did not meet NBC News reporting standards."
Citing "sources," Almaguer reported that police arrived at the Pelosis' San Francisco home the day of the attack and Paul Pelosi opened the door for the first responders.
"The 82-year-old did not immediately declare an emergency or try to leave his home but instead began walking several feet back into the foyer toward the assailant and away from police," Almaguer said.
His report seems to contradict police and prosecutors' claims and spurred conspiracy theories. ... More at JustTheNews (https://justthenews.com/accountability/media/nbc-suspends-journalist-behind-retracted-paul-pelosi-story-report?utm_source=sf&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=twjs)

Star reporter STILL MISSING from NBC after reporting on Paul Pelosi
The NBC news correspondent was a regular fixture on NBC's "Today" and "NBC Nightly News," but ever since his revelatory report on November 4 was inexplicably retracted by the network, he has seemingly disappeared
Alex TimothyThe NBC news correspondent who reported that Paul Pelosi may have not been in immediate danger when police arrived at the house remains absent from the network.
Miguel Almaguer was a regular fixture on NBC's "Today" and "NBC Nightly News," but ever since his revelatory report on November 4 was inexplicably retracted by the network, the Los Angeles-based correspondent has seemingly disappeared, according to Fox News.
Sources close to the matter said that Almaguer had been suspended by NBC pending an internal investigation, although the network has made no official statement confirming or denying this, stating simply that they "don't comment on personnel matters," according to the New York Post.
The network has been mysteriously quiet on the topic, only stating in an editor’s note on the now-expired video on the Today Show's website that "this piece has been removed from publication because it did not meet NBC News reporting standards." However, the video remains live on NBC’s website, without the editor’s note. ...
