Loomer posts this stuff a lot.  She hates Desantis.

  All available information indicates that the Iranian helicopter pilot flew into bad weather in a mountainous area, visibility became worse, and the helicopter flew into the side of a mountain. Raisi is becoming, ummm, acquainted with his 72 eternal companions:

It won't raise the average person's taxes.

It will, instead raise prices, and then the blame can be deflected onto 'greedy' business people.

I'd wager Memphis, Shelby County, or the State of TN, will step in before someone turns it into a theme park.

It is that historical.

It is historical but investors sometimes get their way with their $$.

Memphis wasn't a real good area when we went and visited Graceland and I'd assume it's gotten worse so perhaps 'investors' would like to see something that would profit themselves rather than preserve any history in the area. 

OTH -- It's the home of Elvis though through the years his popularity has waned.
