Conway: Recess appointments 'on the table'

The White House is open to making recess appointments to fill some administration positions, according to Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Donald Trump.
Conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt, speaking to Conway for his show on Tuesday, suggested that the White House consider the maneuver to fill out some political posts, citing obstruction from Senate Democrats, and Conway responded that “everything’s on the table.”
