Trump ends the era of fake asylum claims

Suddenly, the law now means what it says, thanks to Trump.

Probably the most galling thing about Joe Biden's and Kamala Harris's open borders was in the surge of fake asylum claims, fraudulently filed, with a whopping fifty percent of them accepted by roundheeled activist Biden administration judges as real.

Illegal migrants paid nothing to file them. NGOs and the United Nations coached them in how to use loopholes to win their claims, and Biden's judges were ready with their rubber-stamps, putting the illegal migrants on the express lane for public benefits, with immediate eligibility. With an acceptance rate like that and the payoff that followed, it's no wonder so many illegals tried their luck on this track. Biden even made it easy and convenient for them, through the no-vet CBP One app.

Fortunately, the Trump administration has seen through the problem.

According to the New York Post:

    Nearly 80 percent of migrants seeking asylum in the US were sent packing in the last quarter, as immigration judges take a tougher line under the Trump administration, which has made it a priority to restore the border.

    ...

    “It’s having a real impact. The Trump Administration is doing all kinds of things to drive down the asylum grant rate,” said Andrew Arthur, a fellow at the Center for Immigration Policy and a former immigration judge.

    Michael Cutler, who spent 30 years as an agent at the former Immigration and Naturalization Services, cheered the return of common-sense border policy.

    “If you look at what asylum is supposed to be, it’s a very narrow definition . . . You have to be able to demonstrate a credible fear and be able to articulate that credible fear of persecution,” he told The Post.

It's immensely welcome news. The surge in fake asylum claims did a lot to crowd out real asylum claims, which involve true persecution by the state instead of living in a bad neighborhood and wanting a better-paid job, which is what the bulk of these fake cases ultimately were.

After badmouthing America at the Olympics, U.S. athletes ... underperform on the medal count

A new manifestation of 'go woke, go broke,' this time hitting the Olympic medal count.

After flooding the zone with anti-Trump comments and questioning their own loyalty to the country they were representing at the Olympics, America's Olympic athletes, so hyped and sure to win in the press ... are going low on the medal count.

According to the Wall Street Journal:

    MILAN—They came to Italy for a gold rush.

    From the downhill course of Cortina to the cross-country tracks of Val di Fiemme and a figure skating rink on the edge of Milan, members of Team USA envisioned themselves spending the entire Olympics on the top steps of podiums. And with the biggest delegation here, they dreamed of a run that would surpass their record 10 gold medals the last time they hosted the Winter Games.

    Then came the disastri.

    One by one, America’s made-for-TV stars fell short of expectations. Lindsey Vonn crashed. Chloe Kim fell. Mikaela Shiffrin struggled. The most shocking fumble of all came on Friday night when figure skater Ilia Malinin, the self-proclaimed “quad god,” melted down in the brutal heat of the Olympic spotlight.

    It was merely the latest disappointment of an Olympics souring faster than burrata in the sun for Team USA, which is suddenly on track for its fewest winter golds since 1998.

What a coincidence -- not liking your country goes right there alongside not winning one's match.

Trying to sweep this under the rug?  It’s the Fox News crowd, the pervs, and the zionists.  Epstein was, among other things, a Jewish supremacist and a Mossad asset.  This is an embarrassment for the Israelis, but that doesn’t give Ben Shapiro permission to tell us there was no underage sex trafficking.

Just for the record, there is a zero chance the US secret service and the CIA did not know what was going on. Zero. The Clintons and other high level government officials don't just fly off to private islands repeatedly without the secret service's knowledge or protection. So whatever was going on was sanctioned by the darkest corners of the US government, Mossad or no Massad. To pretend otherwise is simply foolish.

I don’t think it was the guy captured on the doorbell cam. Why?  He had no concern whatsoever about anyone inside the house calling 911. At that point, she had already been dispatched.

Could have been the same guy, but she was already under his control or dead.

The thing is, who cares about the front door? The front door is hard to break into compared to a window. A garage window is best. Least likely to be heard because it is separated by a fire door.
