With increasing house prices, it’s becoming more and more difficult for people to get their first step onto the property ladder.

California has a solution to this with its Dream for All program, which helps homebuyers buy their homes. However, there is a catch: Once their home is sold, they will have to give back a share of the profits.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem is barred from nearly 20% of her state, The Associated Press reported.
It comes after her controversial remarks linking tribal leaders and drug cartels.
The bans build on preexisting tensions stemming from Noem's anti-protest stance and COVID-19 clashes.

No angry protests or violent pro-Hamas riots at Texas A&M. The school was never happier they admitted Kyle Rittenhouse this year.

Today a Jewish student at UCLA posed as a transgender woman in order to get federal protection.
