Seven Ways to Cook with Bacon Grease

I'll add a sixth; when I make grilled cheese sandwiches sometimes I use bacon fat in place of butter for the outside grilling of the bread.

I always save my bacon grease...I used it tonight...frying potatoes with onions.....yum
I also use it to give green beans a little kick...
It's also good rolling your corn on the cob in it...instead of butter

And not to forget using bacon fat to make Peanut butter, banana and bacon sandwiches.

I use it with green beans if I'm being lazy and not cooking them with bacon, but hadn't thought of using it on corn.
