Flynn case judge issues unusual order telling government to certify evidence is ‘true and correct’
Sullivan has so far resisted to dismiss the case

In an unusual order posted Friday, the federal judge in the case of former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn told the Justice Department to file a declaration -- under penalty of perjury -- by Monday that evidence in the case is “true and correct.”

The court order was issued after prosecutors admitted accidently altered documents -- notes written by former FBI agent Peter Strzok and former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe -- were used.

“The government has acknowledged that altered FBI records have been produced by the government and filed on the record in this case,” noted Judge Emmet Sullivan

The order from Sullivan comes as the government again requested the judge dismiss the criminal case against Flynn, a move Sullivan has so far resisted.

Sullivan is delaying until Election Day in the hope that Biden wins. Process as punishment, hoping Biden withdraws the motion to dismiss.

Flynn will without a doubt be one of Trump's pardons going out the door. This is about keeping Flynn quiet until the election.

Following an order from the presiding judge, the Justice Department filed declarations swearing to the accuracy of the exhibits it relied upon in a motion to dismiss the case against retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and the documents that it provided to his legal team.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jocelyn Ballantine submitted a 46-page filing on Monday night, assuring the judge that “there have been no material alterations made to any of the 14 Government Exhibits filed in support of the motion to dismiss and the supplement to the motion to dismiss.” DOJ emphasized that it now “declares under penalty of perjury that the Government Exhibits and Discovery Documents are true and correct, are correctly identified, and have been faithfully transcribed.”

Your own statement judge pretty much says that the evidence was not 'true and correct.'

So are you trying to force the govt to make some kafkaesque statement that it's 'true and correct' that the information is not 'true and correct?'

Maybe add a couple more rhetorical loop-de-loops to make it a really entertaining farce.

This judge should be removed from the bench.  He is a travesty.  If he were worth a good BM, he would have slapped the FBI up and down, and dismissed the case.

The FBI was the first to lie to Flynn, and all they did was a direct violation of the Miranda Act.  This judge is a disgrace.  Must be an Obama appointee.  One more POS!!!
