Ukraine Defense Minister Pavel Lebedev has refused to take multiple phone calls made personally by Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, the Pentagon said Thursday.
"Secretary Hagel has been trying, himself, since early this week," Pentagon press secretary Rear Adm. John Kirby told reporters. Lebedev refuses "to communicate, to accept a phone call" from Hagel or the Pentagon.

Have any of you seen Chuckie in front of a microphone lately?? He has bags under his eyes that would do American Tourister proud, and his eyes are blearier than Bob Costas'. Chuckie looks like he has had quite a few too many vodka breakfasts, and its no wonder to me why nobody in Ukraine will take his calls. Betcha they aren't taking calls from Biden either...

He has been programmed so far left he is unrecognizable so he is aging and probably drinking heavy.
Obama has fixed the top brass to be yes men. It seems if they were not naturally progressive left- maybe their laptops were rifled through by the NSA/DOJ like General Petraeus. He had an affair you know... His own wife most likely already knew as everybody else did but there's nothing like a national shaming.
