TRIVIAL. Unfortunately for Litman, Wallace called him out on his characterization of the case which caused poor Litman, after his initial shock, to hilariously try claw his way out of his embarrassing situation. The 34 alleged crimes are the white collar equivalent of felony jaywalking - failing to stay inside the lines.
