Pat Benetar mentioned their claim to fame on early MTV on her and Neil Giraldo's 35th anniversary show broadcast on AXS recently.

She's 63 years old now. Time does fly.

On the other hand Mark Goodman can be seen on infomercials, peddling nostalgia CDs.

He looks exactly the same, as greasy as ever.

The 80s were not kind to top ten music. There was good music out there but MTV wasn't playing it then.

Yes it does. FWIW, while I never wore leather pants, I did have a black and white striped top nearly identical to Benetar's in that video, back in the day.  And yes, I rocked it.
