There's no reason why a helicopter can't have radar to detect approaching terrain. More to this story than is being reported.

I remember Kobe Bryant's pilot was supposed to be a seasoned experienced pilot, who apparently was too cocky and took additonal risks.
Wonder how much was the same here?

Trump is actually pretty good in a forum where the questioners are antagonistic toward him. I remember his press conferences as president. He would hang in there, dish it right back, and stay for quite a while. The public will see that these debates are rigged in Biden's favor, so Trump would use that to his advantage, planting himself as the underdog who faces down the establishment without fear. I think he will do fine.

The people who think Trump is terrible at debates and other communication do not understand that the audience has the intelligence of an 11-year old. Trump communicates at that level, and the fact that he cannot be beaten in a primary suggests that he is not wrong in his approach.

IMHO there is NOTHING more important to reclaiming our freedom than the destruction of the administrative state. It's job one!

Hero who tackled Pennsylvania church gunman breaks silence: 'My pastor's life was in danger'
Pennsylvania man aims gun at pastor in church, interrupts sermon on video
Lakewood Church shooter identified as Genesse Ivonne Moreno; 'Palestine' written on gun
Security experts are increasingly urging U.S. churches to increase their safety measures after two near misses involving attempted shootings at houses of worship in different parts of the country this month.

Interest in doing so among congregations is also on the rise, they say.

Last week, a Pennsylvania man jumped out of his seat at the front of a church and tackled an armed man who walked up to the pulpit and tried to gun down a pastor mid-sermon.

A hero in the front row, Clarence McCallister, tackled and disarmed him.

Okay...please bear with me here.

If boat/ships can have transponders (is that the right word?) that can provide the topography of the seabed, why isn't that tool available for helicopters to determine same for approaching terrain?

Thanks in advance.   :patriot:

Seems to me it's just reporting the facts in this case. Surely some want to take away people's cars. How widespread that belief is I don't know. But it's out there.

One of them, declared, sits in the White House.

Has anyone else noticed that beanbdoggery only cites right wing punditry for misinformation?

Oh trust me, if a left wing rag was published here and spouted misinformation as they  also do I would let you know.

I don't think whether or not someone likes Trump has any bearing. I dislike Trump intensely but I'm going to vote for him in November. I'm not voting for a drinking buddy. I'm voting for someone who has the best interests of this country at heart.

His record shows him to be inept and dangerous. HISTORIC destruction of liberty and treasure.
I will not sanction that, not to mention endorse it.

TRUMP for 3 reasons:

1. He will appoint good judges
2. He will undo the Green New Deal
3. He will enforce the border

I don't expect anything more from him, but I think he can reliably be counted on for these three things. I don't think either Biden or RFK would deliver on these things or anything else, for that matter. So Trump it is.

Good points.  I also think that his economic policies won't be as damaging.  Will he run up the defict more?  I am guessing yes, but I think will at least slow the drunken DC spending binge.
