A federal judge in New York City on Wednesday said Deutsche Bank and Capitol One can turn over financial documents related to President Donald Trump and his businesses in response to subpoenas from House Democrats.
Judge Edgardo Ramos’s ruling came after a hearing at which lawyers for Trump, his three older children, and the Trump Organization argued that the subpoenas should be quashed.
His decision came two days after another federal judge, in Washington, D.C., said Trump’s accountants at the firm Mazars LLP had to comply with a congressional subpoena for his financial records.

How? What does this have to do with his Presidency? How is this a proper oversight function over the Executive branch?
Does Congress now have a right to any and all information on any private individual simply because they can self-manufacture subpoenas?
The Obama appointed judge is wrong.

TRUMP'S ACE IN THE HOLE: Innocence.
It always has been. None of these banks would allow Trump to conduct illegal banking. The IRS would not allow him to file false tax returns. He has been under investigation for 4 years and they found NOTHING.
And of course, the Democrats' abuse of power should terrify every American of the police state to come if they ever take back the White House.

Trump has been under an IRS microscope for thirty years. Of course he's innocent.
But what the rats have in mind has little to do with truth or justice. What they want are an endless drip of unflattering stories concerning Trump's finances - (legal) tax dodges and periodic project failures - from now through the election, which the media will be more than happy to oblige.

We've heard him brag about knowing the system. People have marveled how he navigated the corrupt landscape of construction and politics. So, yeah, he's innocent.
None of the banks? Does he mean ones like Deutsche Bank that was fined $600M for laundering billions for Russian organized crime? Found nothing? I'm sure they're interested in the accounting methods for the Cohen legal services, related to the Daniels payment. What are the odds something like that is a one-off?
I seem to remember some years-long investigations into things like Benghazi and Fast and Furious, which were completely justified, and ultimately bore no fruit. Let's not try to pretend that Congressional investigations are a new phenomenon.

Might be a good short opportunity there. If these banks now must consider your account to be 'public information' according to some unknown anonymous 'judge' somewhere, that cannot be good for them.
