Joe Biden Calls Illegal Aliens ‘Model Citizens’ While Promoting Amnesty

by JOHN BINDER 7 May 2024

President Joe Biden declared illegal aliens, enrolled and eligible for former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), “model citizens” during a Cinco de Mayo event at the White House.

After opening Obamacare rolls to DACA illegal aliens, Biden said his ultimate goal is to offer amnesty to not only those enrolled in DACA but also those eligible for the Obama-era program.

Under such a plan, millions of illegal aliens would secure green cards and, eventually, naturalized American citizenship. Biden justified the policy by calling DACA illegal aliens “model citizens,” akin to Americans.

“The first bill I introduced was about DACA, to make sure that they have a … direct path to citizenship … we created [DACA] 12 years ago,” Biden said:

Biden Overwhelms Immigration Courts with Over 3.5 Million Cases Pending

by JOHN BINDER 7 May 2024

The nation’s immigration court backlog, where judges decide whether migrants can remain in the United States or face deportation, now exceeds more than 3.5 million cases under President Joe Biden.

The data comes from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University, detailing a massive uptick in the number of immigration cases now pending as Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) releases into the U.S. interior tens of thousands of migrants every few weeks.

“At the end of March 2024, 3,524,051 active cases were pending before the Immigration Court,” TRAC’s Austin Kocher writes.

By the end of last year, as Breitbart News reported, the immigration court backlog had topped three million, TRAC noted:

Joe Biden’s Obamacare for DACA Illegal Aliens to Cost Americans $300 Million Annually

President Joe Biden’s decision to open Obamacare enrollment to illegal aliens with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) will cost Americans about $300 million annually.

On Friday, Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a final rule to open Obamacare to DACA illegal aliens.

Obama first created the DACA program via executive order, shielding more than one million illegal aliens from deportation through the years.

According to federal regulators, an estimated 100,000 DACA illegal aliens are expected to enroll in Obamacare, costing American taxpayers about $300 million every year.

Parents Sue School Board After School Suspends Student For Saying ‘Illegal Aliens’

The Liberty Justice Center (LJC) filed a lawsuit against the Davidson County Board of Education Tuesday on behalf of 16-year-old Christian McGhee, who was suspended after using the term “illegal aliens” in class.

A press statement released by the LJC calls out the North Carolina school board for allegedly violating McGhee’s “rights to free speech, education, and due process.” The lawsuit argues that not only was there allegedly no basis for the teen’s suspension due to the protection of the First Amendment, but that the infraction on McGhee’s academic record should also be removed.

“Even though Christian asked a factual, non-threatening question—about a word the class was discussing—the school board branded him with false accusations of racism,” Senior Counsel at the Liberty Justice Center Buck Dougherty alleged in the release.

“The school has not only violated his constitutional right to free speech, but also his right to due process and his right to access education, a guaranteed right under North Carolina law. We are proud to stand beside Christian and his family in challenging this egregious violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments,” he further alleged.

Joe Biden went off-script during an interview with a Spanish-language radio station and admitted the real reason why he’s allowing millions of illegal aliens to invade the US.

An estimated 11 million illegal aliens – mainly military-age males – have entered the US on Joe Biden’s open border invitation.

Hundreds of thousands of illegals are pouring over the border every month.

Biden slipped and admitted the influx of illegals = new Democrat voters.

“It’s even a bigger influx now in terms of Hispanic voters! Err, Hispanic citizens,” Biden said.

Highlights
LGBT people in same-sex couple households disproportionately live in coastal areas and cities.

LGBT people are more likely to live in areas with poor infrastructure, worse-built environments, and fewer resources.

Counties with a higher proportion of same-sex couples are more vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change.
Report

Executive Summary

Climate change represents a global challenge, but it also exacerbates existing disparities among individuals and communities. LGBT people face discrimination and exclusion, creating unique vulnerabilities that compound and heighten their exposure to climate-related harms. This report provides some of the first empirical documentation as to how LGBT people differentially experience the negative effects of climate change compared to non-LGBT people. Using U.S. Census data and climate risk assessment data from NASA and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), we conducted a geographic analysis to assess the climate risk impacting same-sex couples.

Young adults losing the climate faith in the US, and only one third of voters think the IPCC experts are right
By Jo Nova

Good news: despite 2023 being the hottest year since Homo Erectus, there was a 17% fall in the number of 18 to 34 year olds who call “Climate change”  a very serious problem. Even though there were hottest-ever-headlines month after month, the punters lost the faith.

No one is cracking champagne, because 50% of young adults still tell pollsters they think it is a “very serious problem”. But when all is said and done, at least half the generation that was drip-fed the dogma since kindergarten, can not only see through the catastrophism but they are brave enough to tell a pollster that too.

For the most part, after a few hot El Nino years, “climate fear” is back where it was in 2016 or so. Most people still want the government to solve the weather with someone else’s money. But where younger people were once much more enthusiastic about a Big Government fix than older people were, now that gap is almost closed. What was a 21% difference between those age groups is now only 2%. That’s a whopping fall in faith in the government to do something useful, or probably, a recognition that whatever the government does, it will cost too much.

Looks like young adults are learning to be cynical adults faster?

The Monmouth university group polled 804 people in late April:

Climate Change Concerns Dip:  Younger adults express less urgency than in prior polls
The percentage of Americans between the ages of 18 and 34 who see climate change as a very serious problem has fallen by 17 points in the past three years (50%, down from 67% in 2021), compared with smaller declines among those who are 35 to 54 years old (44%, down from 48%) and those age 55 and older (44%, down from 54%).
