On Tuesday's broadcast of MSNBC's Morning Joe, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) said Democrats must take advantage of "public outcry against the [Trump] administration]." Kaine said Democrats must fight back in Congress, the courts, and in the streets.
"What we've got to do is fight in Congress, fight in the courts, fight in the streets, fight online, fight at the ballot box, and now there's the momentum to be able to do this," Kaine said to Democrats. "And we're not afraid of the popular outcry, we're energized by it and that's going to help us do our job and do it better."

He should not have said, "fight in the streets" - that's approving/encouraging riots leading to bodily injury, death, destruction of property.

Well, at least he didn't say "If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun." But then again, that was probably just an oversight on his part....and is coming next.

To promote violence of any type especially by a politician, especially a former VP hopeful is absolutely wrong. The DEMS lost by the electoral process as outlined in the Constitution. This is the same 'crime' that DEMS were upset with Trump over.
18 U.S. Code § 2102 - Definitions
...(b) As used in this chapter, the term “to incite a riot”, or “to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot”, includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.

As we hurl headlong towards Civil War II we might want to get ahead of the game. Historians are busy rewriting history as we speak, and if war does break out they will chose one single issue that caused the war. What one single issue will they dwell upon in the history books 50 years from now?

If it's going to be left up to historians (all flaming liberals) to determine what causes the next America civil war... you might as well just pick the first on the list. Of course, it wouldn't be any more 'true' than historians blaming slavery over the first American civil war.

Judging by how mangled Kaine's eye and face are, it appears he has been routinely losing street fights his whole life.
