Texas A&M’s Agrilife Research agency recently came out to say every Texan’s favorite barbecued meat — beef brisket — contains high levels of oleic acid, which helps boost humans’ levels of good cholesterol. And is, you know, therefore, accordingly, “healthy.”

I thought I'd clicked on "Scientists may have just found proof of a parallel universe leaking into our own" and was really confused reading this as the story...
Who knew that oleic acid was the key to cosmological understanding?! (Though I already knew that brisket was on a higher plane!)
