Well...at least we know she still alive and making the news. I find it interesting that they show a video of her with different pictures, but she wasn't interviewed so that we could hear her speak.
Ginsburg suggests many 'most-watched' Supreme Court cases could be decided by 1 vote
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg suggested Friday that a number of the 27 rulings remaining before the court’s nine-month term finishes at the end of June could be decided by a one-vote margin, according to reports.
Of the 43 cases already decided, Ginsburg said, 11 were either 5-4 or 5-3.
“Given the number of most-watched cases still unannounced, I cannot predict that the relatively low sharp-divisions ratio will hold,†she added, according to Bloomberg........

Making the news in a rather obvious, deliberate manner. Color me suspicious, but why the sudden need to state the pretty standard effing obvious? Somebody wanting to assure that she's still kickin?

My thought in wanting to hear her speak is the sound of her voice; strong or weak?? As for making sure she's still kickin' ... who knows?

Sounds like old Ruthie will be writing a crap load of minority decent opinions.

Minority maybe, but not likely "decent"...

Yep. Can't even blame that on auto-correct! lol

Its a friggen shame so much of our lives are dependent upon what these 9 people write.

It's even more of a shame that so many Americans' lives have been negatively impacted by what just one of those 9 "decided" (Obamacare mandate fee deemed a tax by Roberts). Such power should never reside with just one individual alone.

By this statement, she has declared herself not abiding to the rule of law as she is pre-disposed toward cases prior to the cases themselves.
Blatant casue for removal from the bench.

That could be said about the five (or more) leftists on the SCOTUS.

Get your noses off the bark, guyz.....
She knows that the odds of her making it thru another six years of Donald Trump are astronomical.
She is being a cheerleader mouthpiece to complement Nancy Pelosi's strategy for a biblical 'Get out the Vote' campaign for 2020.
Pelosi has stated that it's impractical to impeach the President if you can't get a conviction in the Senate.
With the evidence pointing to a Democrat Deep State Coup to remove a duly elected President??? She won't touch it.
Her only recourse is to defeat him in 2020. With votes.
...along comes Ruth Bader Ginsburg to bitch about the fragile balance of the Court....she who might not even be alive to see it.
This is the Two-step

@DCPatriot
Yes, it is certainly the old two-Step. The Rats are the party of Cotton Eyed Joe. What's disappointing is the Pubbies haven't figured out a way to counter it, after all these years. It's like Baseball: When a hitter can't hit a specific pitch, he can count on a steady diet of those pitches until he can hit it.

President Trump HAS figured out a way to counter it. With the truth.
He could tweet tonight "I predict that Brennan and Comey are going to swing!" Brash? Deplorable? Yes!
But, is it the TRUTH? Yes!
Public consumption to commence Spring and Summer of 2020.
@Cyber Liberty
Howza bout this guy negotiating a deal with Mexico in the bottom of the ninth? wink777

I'm cautiously optimistic about the Mexican deal. They cheat. That said, we have an Administration used to dealing with cheaters.
The truth is certainly a good disinfectant (once it gets its pants on), as evidenced by the media-wide freak out at everything the President says and does.

Sounds like old Ruthie will be writing a crap load of minority decent opinions.
I doubt the old biddy has written a minority decision, or even personally made one in decades.
