Constitutionally Speaking "Origination Clause" w/Paul Kamenar 1-18-14

This program focuses on a seldom discussed Constitutional Clause, the Origination Clause. It's in in the Constitution to protect citizens from onerous taxes. The Senate attempts to avoid the clause by a process called "gut and amend". This process was used to pass Obamacare. It may be why the law is unconstitutional.
