The Great Fatsby?
Not totally on board with this but he would be an improvement.
-
His name came up on Laura Ingraham's show last night for a possible replacement for Sessions

I think you have him confused with . . .
. . . and I'm pretty sure Chris Christie couldn't play "Mary Had a Little Lamb," partially because Christie wouldn't have left anything for her at the dinner table, never mind . . .

Party Unity over horse sense.
-
Not buying this story. Christie helped to send Jared's pappy to prison. Nonetheless, I'm not so sure if he would help drain the swamp or become part of the swamp.

It's an intentional pun.
Leslie's on his last leg too, after losing the lower part of his right leg to diabetes.
-
It’s all over NJ news. Top story. Not that that is saying much.

What's the bet that Christie is the one leaking this stuff?
-
Great man, great choice, knows the law and constitution way better than almost anyone. Pretty accomplished too. A few decisions he made I may not like but that shouldn't affect AG performance.

Leslie's on his last leg too, after losing the lower part of his right leg to diabetes.
It hasn't seemed to erode his spirit so far.

Big pro-life governor, in a state where it wasn't easy to be that. Planned Parenthood hated him, those who speak against him... well, that is who else doesn't like him.
One can look for CC and PP, he may have given them a contrib, many moons ago but...
Governor Chris Christie Vetoes Bill to Send $7.4 Million to Planned Parenthood Abortion Biz
https://www.lifenews.com/2016/07/01/governor-chris-christie-vetoes-bill-to-send-7-4-million-to-planned-parenthood-abortion-biz/ (https://www.lifenews.com/2016/07/01/governor-chris-christie-vetoes-bill-to-send-7-4-million-to-planned-parenthood-abortion-biz/)
Knows the Constitution, not some cheap sales pitch that some might have to do about their great knowledge.
PP hates so I will love the choice.

Should be Joe diGenova http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_diGenova (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_diGenova)
ROFL~~ from Google search results page 1.
Joseph diGenova is an American attorney who served as the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia from 1983 to 1988. He is known for promoting conspiracy theories about the Department of Justice and the FBI. Wikipedia

Ok,
Not good enough. Name someone better and that is to include a better prosecutorial record. Talk is cheap, who ya got?
You got no one, you'll day doesn't matter or something evasive.

Thanks, you don't have jacksquat but ad homs, made my day.
And made my point, there's probably few choices, realistically.
-
Rush just said he heard the rumor that Lindsey Graham as AG and Nikki Haley takes Graham's senate seat

You're right, Christie would be great.

Perfect choice. Somebody’s got to eat all those cookies Keebler elf Sessions left behind.
-
Rush just said he heard the rumor that Lindsey Graham as AG and Nikki Haley takes Graham's senate seat
Can they just place Haley in that seat? Wouldn't they have to hold a special election?
-
I know that Ted fought like heck to win his Senate seat, but he would make an excellent AG and he would serve Trump and the American people very well. I think he'd enjoy helping to drain that swamp!

Yeah, Cruz can defend vibrators and sex toys being illegal up in the Scotus. :silly:
-
Christie claim is he tried and convicted terrorists, he probably did that some. One can research it for oneslf. Not a bad credential in Realville.
-
Mark Levin :patriot:
-
Pro-LIFE politicians not good enough for you? One's who are doers and not just talk??

@goodwithagun
Why do you automatically go to that line of defense when you’ve been proven wrong about it so many time? By the way, that’s a rhetorical question.
-
Thanks, you don't have jacksquat but ad homs, made my day.

OH MY GOD! Typed by the same person that always goes to his failed prolife claim when there’s literally nothing else left.

That senate race should not have been that close, but Beto seemed to capture a certain low I.Q.segment of the population.
I agree with you that Ted would make a great AG but I don't think he would leave the Senate to take that post.
-
Can they just place Haley in that seat? Wouldn't they have to hold a special election?
That's what I was wondering ... I mean, could she just be appointed? I don't know the rules that well, but that would be a good thing.

Former Kavanaugh colleague among group being considered to replace Sessions as AG: reports
By Louis Casiano | Fox News
President Trump is considering a retired federal appeals court judge who also served on the California Supreme Court as the next U.S. attorney general following the Wednesday resignation of Jeff Sessions, according to reports.
Janice Rogers Brown, who is African-American and well-liked in conservative circles, served alongside Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and spoke to the White House about the job in recent weeks, the Sacramento Bee reported.
Brown was appointed to the 11-member U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., in 2005 by former President George W. Bush. She was one of the most conservative voices on the court.

ooh, yasss. Although I'd much rather see her on SCOTUS.

There were whispers, but she was one of the judges the Dems blocked with a filibuster back in 2004.

Ah, yes... I seem to remember that. They blocked a lot of good, qualified judges............ something Republicans never do.

But he’s soooooooo prolife.

I still don't think jelly doughnut boy is even being considered; I can't imagine him and Jared being around each other. This just isn't going to happen.

HEY! If you can"t trust a NJ pol to be honest, who can you trust?

He didn’t fail stomach stapling, stomach stapling failed him.

Christie followed Trump around like a lost puppy after he was sworn in. If Trump was considering him for his AG he would have nominated him a long time ago.

@corbe
From what little of her I just read, she seems like a reasonable choice.
Plus being black, who knows how many Dims would stroke out trying to find some way to call her stupid and unqualified?
Entertainment value is worth something.
