Getting the news about 9/11. Keeps his face straight, smiles and carries on reading to the kids so they don't get frightened.

Poor guy was mobbed. He took the time to speak to every single soldier who wanted to speak. Short or long, upset or admiring. He listened to and talked WITH everyone.
