A growing “sanctuary campus” movement has attracted the support of college faculty and administrators who are urging their elected officials to uphold President Obama’s lax immigration policies.

An open letter written by Pomona College system President David Oxtoby has already attracted the signatures of more than 100 college and university president, including 6 of the 8 Ivy League universities.

Anyone know what the requirements are for a school to be FAFSA eligible?  If there's a requirement that they be in compliance with applicable law, then they may become ineligible automatically.
