Portland @DAMikeSchmidt is asking voters to reelect him on May 21. Soros is pouring big bucks into the campaign to gaslight voters about the record killings, riots & drug ODs under Schmidt's leadership. https://x.com/MrAndyNgo/status/1791305269357810008

Trollz  gotz to be trollz.

Stuff the climate scam bull shit.

I get it . You worked in the fossil fuel industry. That is where you made your wealth and your pension plan. You are biased.

This anti climate change/man is not involved crap will come back to bite Republicans down the road.

My BIL was a 3 star general. He saw the military classified info that climate change was going to be the cause of nearly all future wars.  If the US military believes it I believe. it. Fighting over water, arable land etc. India and China's skirmish a few years ago was based upon water as China was siphoning off the mountain water tnhat India needed.
It will also lead to mass migration as people leave parched areas.

This anti climagte/anti ev/anti renewables is truly the most childish stance ever  made.

IOW, Florida won't be the only State growing oranges and Canada will eventually become the breadbasket of North America.

What's the 'problem'?  /s
Well considering the current leadership of Canuckistan I would be concerned with history repeating what happened with a certain other breadbasket, the Breadbasket of Europe. Communists gotta do what communists do.

Trump attends son Barron’s graduation with ‘hush money’ trial on break

Former president Donald Trump was every bit the proud papa Friday morning, joining wife Melania for his youngest son Barron’s high school graduation in Florida.

Trump, 77, was pictured grinning in the bleachers as the 18-year-old Barron picked up his diploma from Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach.

Donald Trump's 7 Debate Demands Revealed
Politics · May 16, 2024 · BabylonBee.com

Details were still being ironed out, but it was confirmed yesterday that the world could now look forward to another debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. While Biden's list of conditions to agree to the debate made the rounds on social media, Trump's list of demands was not made public… until now.

The Babylon Bee has obtained the following list of Donald Trump's debate demands:

Benny Hill music must be played whenever Biden wanders around the stage: His aimless shuffling will be much more entertaining to the viewing audience set to "Yakety Sax."

Moderators have to be smoking hot: Not just attractive. They have to be hot. Smoking hot. At least a 9 or a 10. Or even better than 10, maybe. Debates are better with hot moderators. I can't look at a dog for 3 hours. That would be terrible.

Catering provided by McDonald's: Big Macs and Diet Cokes during every commercial break.

Lightning round: Featuring a wheel to be spun for prizes, including Trump Steaks, Trump sneakers, and Trump NFTs.

Sad trombone riff plays following every Biden answer: Wah-wah-wahhhhh!

Whenever Trump drops a savage diss, sunglasses lower from the ceiling and the words "Thug Life" appear onscreen: Don't worry, Biden won't even know it's happening.

The loser gets slimed: It's time to bring the genius of Nickelodeon to presidential debates.

When reached for comment, the White House would neither confirm nor deny that Biden had agreed to Trump's demands.

Georgia lost 90% of their peach crop last year due to warming issues. Earlier than normal warming so trees budded out then normal freeze happened and killed all the buds. Other issues but I believe this was the major cause.

Texas is becoming a parched state. Texas ranchers are buying semi truck full loads of hay from  my area.

As you said the  northern US states will become the new breadbasket.

Much as I try to feel sympathy for Californians, the fact remains that they continue to elect morons like Kamala and Newsom. Stop doing that.

IN our parts...   SE Texas, SW Louisiana, almost all the 20 foot citrus, (oranges, satsumas, etc.) were lost to a couple of recent freezes.  That after these things were thriving for close to 20 years.

I don't mind left wing trolls as a rule, but when they start spewing the scam, I have to act.

Record temps in Florida for this time of year already.

I live in a northern state. I cut grass on March 15 th this year. My family has owned  an office building since 1979. Back in the 80's it was common to have the parking lot snow plowed 35-40 times over the course of a winter.-ogften twice a day due to heavy snows This past winter 2 times, year before that once, and last decade or so about 5-6 times per year on average.

We are warming up.
Note to @banddag   Hello.  Weather IS cyclical.  We go through warming trends and cooling trends. High temperatures and low temperatues; cooler and warmer than usual some years. Storms and no storms in some areas.  Tornadoes in some areas and none in others.  Hurricanes in some areas and not in others.

All this hype about climate change is a bunch of crappola.  What are you going to do next year if the temps are cooler than normal???
