Mulvaney said it during a campaign debate in 2016. Funny, too, because subsequently Mulvaney accepted two positions in Trump’s administration.

The most significant aspect of Trump’s presidency for me is the political establishment’s reaction. It helped clarify the real political lines of power and helped focus attention on the real threats within to America’s security, safety, prosperity and to the functioning of a respectable, civil society.
