Two men who had been jailed for several weeks while their attorney said they were being held illegally have been released from prison.

According to their lawyer, Ethan Wentworth, of Airville, and Rusty Herr, of Christiana, were released earlier this month from York and Lancaster County prisons, respectively, after being arrested on 30-day civil sentences.

The duo run NoBull Solutions, LLC., a breeding company that helps dairy farms with the reproductive management of cattle.

NoBull Solutions has also been the subject of an investigation by the Pennsylvania Department of State, into prior complaints alleging the men were practicing unlicensed veterinary care by ultrasounding other farmers’ cows.

However, that's not why Herr and Wentworth ended up behind bars.

Both men were being held for civil contempt of court, a charge the Commonwealth Court tells FOX43 has no option for bail.

Robert Barnes, the attorney representing both men, has claimed they were being held illegally.

Since their release, Barnes released the following statement:

"We are pleased that Ethan Wentworth and Rusty Herr have both been released, but additional remedy must be sought to prevent this from happening again."

Barnes has taken this case to the Pa. Supreme Court for its oversight.

Tucker Carlson is continuing to expand his fledgling media empire in unexpected corners since drawing millions of viewers to an interview he conducted earlier this year with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Newsweek reports that the former Fox News star’s show will be run on a Russian television channel. A first episode with news channel Russia 24 is now available online, according to local media reports. The newspaper Rossiskya Gazyeta adds that Carlson’s venture is part of a joint project with his own outlet, Tucker Carlson Network, where the conservative host will interview politicians and high-profile celebrities with “alternative views to the mainstream.”

Liberal news outlet the Daily Beast provided some mocking commentary of the announcement, noting the program “Tucker. Rossiya 24″ is mostly made up of former interviews Carlson has done himself for his programs on X and his own website, albeit with a Russian voiceover. The latest episode covers Carlson’s thoughts on the spread of Lyme disease as a “bioweapon” under the chyron “ticks–nuclear weapons for the poor.” An initial premier of the episode was available to American viewers on May 10th.

* While USN carriers and submarines are nuclear-powered, the cruisers and destroyers that handle carriers' defense need oil-based fuel. LIEden complicated/hindered deployment of USN carriers in the event of war.

* The SPR was created to buffer the US military and US economy from the effects of a disruption of world oil supply. LIEden made the US susceptible to the disruptive effects of conflicts/wars that disrupt worldwide oil supplies. This encourages US enemies to aggress against oil traffic, e.g. Iran screwing with tanker traffic in the Persian Gulf.

Biden Risks American Lives To Protect Hamas




The United States of America has been conducting backchannel talks with Hamas to ask the Islamic terrorist organization not to attack American soldiers helping deliver aid to Gaza.

We "passed that message back through the appropriate channels to Hamas," the White House spokesman admitted. Rather than warning Hamas not to attack or it will suffer the consequences, Biden is pleading with it from a position of weakness.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin recently admitted at a congressional hearing that American soldiers operating Biden’s disastrous “aid pier” for Gaza could come under attack from Islamic terrorists.

Biden has not sent a single soldier to recover American hostages being held by Hamas, but there are now soldiers in the line of fire in order to send aid to Gaza.

In the event American forces on the pier come under attack, they would be allowed to fight back, Austin promised. But based on the rules of engagement in Iraq and Afghanistan, all the terrorists have to do is attack from a mosque or from behind civilians, and American soldiers would be banned from fighting back.

And those are the ways that Hamas tends to attack.

Ali Abbasi, the fascist director of The Apprentice, a movie that includes a fake scene where former President Trump rapes his first wife Ivana, is openly hoping to interfere in our election by having his movie released during the upcoming presidential debates:

    Abbasi, while not commenting on who his distributor might be, did say that September 15 would be a nice release date for the movie, timed to the second presidential debate.

    “We have this promotional event, the U.S. election, with us and the movie, so we’re hoping to very much to come out,” said Abbasi.

So this guy invents a scene where Donald Trump rapes his first wife, Ivana — even after Ivana repeatedly denied a rape ever took place — and now he’s hoping to rig our election with this fake rape stuff.

What we have here is another edition of Democrats Sure Got It Good…

Tara Reade has credibly accused Biden of finger-raping her. She’s even been forced to flee the country. She’s also Biden’s eighth(!) accuser. Reade has not retracted her claim, and there’s a lot of evidence that backs her claim. But…

Who gets the big Hollywood movie timed for the election that (falsely) accusing him of a sex crime? Trump, even though the so-called victim herself said it never happened.

Trump is right to sue the filmmakers. This is naked defamation.

Thousands of Chinese migrants are using Ecuador as a crucial starting point in South America that allows them to eventually reach the United States to claim asylum, according to a report published by the Argentine news outlet Infobae on Sunday.

Ecuador is one of two countries in South America that presently do not impose any kind of entry visa requirements for bearers of Chinese passports. As a result, Chinese citizens seeking to claim asylum in the United States are taking advantage, reportedly flying to either Istanbul, Turkey, or Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on their way to Ecuador.

From there, they reportedly take another flight to Ecuador, followed by a bus ride toward the northern Colombian city of Necoclí, where they cross through the dangerous Darién Gap jungle trail to reach Panama, and then continue their journey through Central America toward the U.S. southern border.

Upon reaching the U.S. southern border, the Chinese nationals allegedly request asylum to American authorities under grounds of persecution by the Chinese communist regime led by dictator Xi Jinping.

Special counsel David Weiss is planning to feature highly personal testimony about Hunter Biden‘s drug addiction during his trial on felony gun charges, seeking the testimony of three past romantic partners — including the first son’s ex-wife.

The expected prosecution witnesses in Biden’s trial include his ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle; Lunden Roberts, an Arkansas woman with whom he had a daughter; and Beau Biden’s widow, Hallie Biden, whom he also dated.

Prosecutors say one witness, who is believed to be Hallie Biden, will testify that President Joe Biden‘s son was in possession of a revolver in 2018 and that she took it from his car and placed it into a dumpster near a grocery store in Wilmington, Delaware.

Roberts’s testimony is also expected to be used to divulge Hunter Biden’s chronic crack cocaine use around the time of his possession of the gun. Prosecutors say she “observed the defendant using crack cocaine frequently — every 20 minutes except when he slept,” according to a court filing that does not name her specifically.

“The government intends to show videos and photographs of the defendant smoking crack, or of crack or drug paraphernalia in videos/photographs backed up to the defendant’s Apple iCloud account or laptop, or sent in the defendant’s messages,” prosecutors wrote.

Other witnesses whom Weiss plans to call include the gun store employee who allegedly sold the first son the revolver in 2018. Also introduced into evidence for the case is a 75-page list of text messages between Hunter Biden and friends and close family members at the time when he was struggling with drug addiction and in possession of the firearm.

The trial is expected to begin on June 3, and a three-judge panel has already rejected Hunter Biden’s request to overturn the trial judge’s rejection of several motions to dismiss the case.
