Let’s Hope Justice Kavanaugh Avenges This Disgusting Democrat Slander
Townhall, Sep 17, 2018, Kurt Schlichter

[...]

Victim status, whether based upon truth or lies – because people do lie, and all the time – does not give you any special privileges or special rights. Instead, it gives you duties and obligations, whether that is cosmically fair or not. See, if you propose to inflict damage upon someone, even if justifiable, you bear the burden of proof. You have to prove it; the accused doesn’t have to disprove your amorphous innuendos. You have the duty to back up your claims, in public, and subject yourself to the greatest engine for the ascertainment of truth humanity has yet invented, cross-examination by a zealous advocate for the accused who is doing his best to show that you can’t be trusted.

 [...]

Her claims must be challenged if we intend to keep pretending we are seeking justice. Let's be clear. It is a good thing, a necessary thing, a critical thing, to allow a tough advocate for the accused to forcefully challenge anyone making a devastating accusation against someone else by forcing them to prove their claim. No one has the right to expect people to go easy on them when they are saying something that can have such a dramatic effect on another person’s reputation and life. It's not pleasant, but it is absolutely necessary if we are going to figure out the truth.

Well of course she wants to 'testify'. They all do. That is how they garner name recognition, pro-bono legal counsel, a media agent, and a book deal. Hell yes she wants to 'testify'. That's where the money is.

Consider this to be the first stop on her upcoming book tour.

Not only his Ford accusing him of attempted rape, but has stated that she thought he might inadvertently kill her.

This is very reminiscent of what happened to Roy Moore. His accuser was back in high school and waited years to come forward with her story even after he had held public office for decades.

This seems to be a new DEM pattern; hire a high profile lawyer to accuse their opponent of sexual assault until they destroy their character and reputation.

This could actually hurt the Democrats. All these decades old accusations just point to the current accusations against Democrats.

Of course she does, that was the plan all along.

Sexual assault is the fashionable accusation these days. Everybody is doing it. The fact that the Democrats are exploiting it to further their agenda is a slap in the face to the MeToo movement and what is going on in the Catholic Church. By trivializing this particular accusation, the Democrats are essentially 'making fun' of the real victims.

What is the supposed 'crime' in this scenario? A 17 year old boy with a 17 year old girl trying to get a kiss. That has been going on since the dawn of time, and thank goodness for that. Otherwise, none of us would be here right now. And, nobody was hurt. What is the injury? In the end, nothing happened. That's what makes this all so confusing.

We know this woman had mental counseling. This would make her supposed 'thoughts' about what she thought he was trying to do very suspect, if it even happened at all. There is no proof that any of this actually took place. This all could be some kind of demented fantasy she made up in her disturbed mind.

The new goto card sexual assault. Just for grins let say everything the accuser says happened.

She went into that bed room willingly. She had to know that Brett was going to "move" on her.
She sat down on the bed and the drunk teenage boy make a clumsy move. He was inexperienced
and moved to fast, she changed her mind and decided she didn't want to do a make out session
with this boy an took the first out she got.

I know when I was a clumsy teenager a lot of girls changed their minds (that doesn't happen now).
Anyway there is no crime, no there there.

But like I said brilliantly played by the Rats. I wish our guys and gals would learn to play hardball
too. Dina Fienstein sat on this for months, waited until just before the vote. This was all planned,
Roy Moore all over again. I would not be surprised if the rats have another women waiting on the
rat bench.
