Evidently those Chinese Flu Manchu lockdowns are even crazier than we thought:
In Hunan, Chinese authorties have built literally hundreds of temporary quarantine facilities on roads “as far as the eye can see.”
• The Uighurs in Xinjiang (remember them?) have been under continuous lockdown since August 13th.
• In Xining City in Qinghai province (next to Tibet), some people have been locked down in a wet market for over 40 days.
No matter how crazy China seems to get under Xi Jinping, it shows the amazing ability to always get crazier…

It's only worth something if you can sell it. Between supply chains, inflation, and worldwide recession, maybe sales aren't so good, and this way, they don't have to shell out the wages, either.

It’s gotten so bad that officials in Urumqi said they would begin phasing out COVID restrictions in some areas.

Very interesting video. I watched the whole thing. The thing I do not understand about these protests, or the protests in Iran, is what is the end game for the protestors? I frankly do not see one that does not end badly for them.

November 28, 2022 8:14am Chinese bots are swamping Twitter with sexually explicit posts about porn and escorts in an apparent bid to stop the spread of news about the massive protests against lockdowns and President Xi Jinping.
Searches for major Chinese cities that have seen mass protests will “mostly see ads for escorts/porn/gambling, drowning out legitimate search results,” said Air-Moving Device, sharing a series of charts.
“Data analysis in this thread suggests that there has been a significant uptick in these spam tweets,” the outlet said, sharing data retweeted by Stanford Internet Observatory Director Alex Stamos.
The “vast majority” — more than 95% — appear to be spam accounts that “tweet at a high, steady rate throughout the day, suggesting automation,” the analysis said. ...

Anti-government protests flared in several Chinese cities and on college campuses over the weekend. But the country’s most widespread show of public dissent in decades will have to manage without a crucial communication tool, because Apple restricted its use in China earlier this month.
AirDrop, the file-sharing feature on iPhones and other Apple devices, has helped protestors in many authoritarian countries evade censorship. That’s because AirDrop relies on direct connections between phones, forming a local network of devices that don’t need the internet to communicate. People can opt into receiving AirDrops from anyone else with an iPhone nearby.
That changed on Nov. 9, when Apple released a new version of its mobile operating system, iOS 16.1.1, to customers worldwide. Rather than listing new features, as it often does, the company simply said, “This update includes bug fixes and security updates and is recommended for all users.”
Hidden in the update was a change that only applies to iPhones sold in mainland China: AirDrop can only be set to receive messages from everyone for 10 minutes, before switching off. There’s no longer a way to keep the “everyone” setting on permanently on Chinese iPhones. The change, first noticed by Chinese readers of 9to5Mac, doesn’t apply anywhere else. ...

Covid-19/SARS2 is not a member of the Chinese Communist Party. The Chi-coms are facing an adversary that is continually evolving to find new vectors to infect hosts.
The Chinese Communist Party is failing the people of China. Their vaccination/booster regimes are insufficient. They lack the healthcare infrastructure to cope with a significant outbreak.
The Chi-coms are not being truthful about the origins of Covid-19/SARS2.
Those companies that diversify their supply chains away from China will develop a competitive advantage over those that don't.

Guangzhou has announced lifting of all lockdowns. Beijing has been gradually lifting lockdowns over the past few days. Vice Premier Sun Chunlan on Wed formally noted the virus' weakening pathogenicity for the first time...China is speeding up to cast aside large-scale lockdowns.

Why would they care? No one from a Politburo Family is going to do without ANYTHING,and all those serfs dying of exposure and starvation just means fewer people to feed,clothe,and house.
ALL of this means that when the dust settles, there will be fewer slaves to supervise,house,clothe,and feed,and this in turn means MORE money and comfort for the masters in leadership positions.
