Trump bragged in book that all women 'flirted with me' on 'The Apprentice': testimony

Donald Trump claimed in a book that all women on "The Apprentice" flirted with him "consciously or unconsciously" because there's "always" a sexual dynamic between unless you're asexual," a witness testified.

Penguin Random House's Sally Franklin is currently reading excerpts from Trump's 2004 book, "Trump How To Get Rich."

"All the women on The Apprentice flirted with me — consciously or unconsciously. That’s to be expected. A sexual dynamic is always present between people, unless you are asexual," Franklin testified, reading from the excerpt.

The book was published before Trump's alleged tryst with Stormy Daniels.

Republicans in Congress are slamming the Biden Administration after news broke Friday that they will provide taxpayer-funded healthcare through Obamacare exchanges to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients.

In exclusive comments to the Daily Caller, Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance, Missouri Sen. Josh Hawley and Oklahoma Rep. Josh Brecheen criticized the decision, saying it is unfair to U.S. citizens.

“There’s an unprecedented crisis at our southern border, we’ve got major conflicts around the world, and families all across Ohio are getting crushed by inflation. Joe Biden’s response to all this is to give your hard-earned money away to illegal immigrants in the form of taxpayer-funded healthcare. This is a slap in the face to every hardworking American who plays by the rules, and it would never happen if Donald Trump were president,” Vance told the Caller.

In July, Vance and a group of House Republicans sent a letter to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, calling on the agency to bar illegal immigrants from being able to use Obamacare. In the letter, the lawmakers from both chambers hammered the Biden Administration for issuing a proposed rule that would redefine “lawfully present” in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to include beneficiaries of the DACA program.

 Conservative federal judges say they won’t hire Columbia graduates

A group of right-leaning federal judges sent a letter to the president and law dean of Columbia University saying they won’t hire graduates of their school after the unrest that has taken over campus the last few weeks of the academic year.

“As judges who hire law clerks every year to serve in the federal judiciary, we have lost confidence in Columbia as an institution of higher education,” said the 13 conservative judges.   

Columbia saw the start of the pro-Palestinian encampments that have spread across the country. The school took two weeks to get police involved to clear the area.

“Freedom of speech protects protest, not trespass, and certainly not acts or threats of violence or terrorism. Speech is not violence, and violence is not speech. Universities that are serious about academic freedom understand the difference, and they enforce the rules accordingly,” the judges wrote. 

“It has become clear that Columbia applies double standards when it comes to free speech and student misconduct. If Columbia had been faced with a campus uprising of religious conservatives upset because they view abortion as a tragic genocide, we have no doubt that the university’s response would have been profoundly different,” they added.

The judges said they would cease hiring from the school starting with the class of 2024.
