Title: Pro-choice protesters breach fence at Supreme Court

Two pro-choice protesters have hopped the short fence and handcuffed themselves to the taller fence outside the Supreme Court.

NEW: Per Supreme Court spokeswoman: "Three individuals were arrested by Supreme Court Police, at approximately 9:30 a.m. this morning, in violation of Building Regulation Two: https://supremecourt.gov/about/buildingregulations.aspx#Reg2
. The individuals will be transported to the MPD’s Central Cell Block." @fox5dc

Officers have clipped the cuffs one one protester and removed him.

Does this mean they will be locked up in solitary confinement for the next 18 months without bail while they await trial charges to be determined later?
