Four million people dropped off the food stamp rolls in one month, according to the latest numbers on food stamp enrollment from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

The latest USDA data show that the number of participants in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the government program that administers food stamps, dropped from 45,666,795 in October 2017 to 41,658,868 in November 2017 â€” a staggering decrease of 4,007,927 over one month.

Just don't ignore the power of Trumps proposals to encourage self-deportion. Even left-wing newspapers have reported this is happening.

True enough. I'm happy to see this, regardless of why. It's less money from the taxpayers, bottom line.

What I can tell you is that their local morning gathering place is now empty. Been that way for about a month now.

I've seen the same thing happen off and on the last few years. Won't see any Mexicans for months at a time,and suddenly they are showing up again,with whole hordes of people living in a 3 bedroom house. I have no idea why,other than the guess they are following some sort of seasonal construction schedule.
