Title: Zimmerman Trial Question For Forum
Post by: flowers on July 02, 2013, 06:04:04 pm
I hope this is the correct place to post. Here is my question. Last night while watching CNN they said Trayvons mother would likely testify.

Zimmermans mother and father can't be in the gallery because they are going to take the stand.  If Trayvons mom is going to testify, shouldn't she be out of the gallery as well?

Saw this posted on another site about this. Pinch of salt, as it wasn't accompanied by a reference to the relevant law.

The victim's immediate family are permitted to remain in the courtroom in Florida during a murder trial.

But Zimmerman is the victim of two assaults: one by the thug who tried to bash his head in, and one by the liberal establishment who could not let the truth get in the way of satisfying the bloodthirsty vengeance of their constituents.

True. But he is technically not the victim, since he is still breathing. Cheap trick used by the prosecution to remove some moral support when he needs it most. Scumbag thing to do, but the guy is already working with no case

What is she going to testify about?  She wasn't there, wasn't a witness?  If she wants to say what a great kid he was then IMHO all the stuff he posted online is open for the cross examination????
