That has a distinct Nork style to it.....or perhaps Iranian....

Then again, this could be a preview for any number of programs on the SciFi channel....the animation is certainly amateurish enough....

Do you realize what a dust cloud that downdraft from something that big would kick up? There isn't any way someone would fastrope out of that.
