Watch the first few minutes of "CSI:Crime Scene Investigation" Season 7,Episode 1,and you will see the Biden "Doppelganger" that is being used at times to fill in for Slow Joe. This guy might as well have been born as his twin.
I THINK this actors name is Scott Wilson. He plays the role of a casino owner in vegas.
