After The Daily Caller reported last week that ex-IRS official Lois Lerner’s computer hard drive was “scratched” and then “shredded,” IRS Commissioner John Koskinen testified before Congress that “I assume there’s a lot of ways that hard drives can get scratched.”

Koskinen might technically be right about that, but he left out one detail: it’s a really difficult thing to do.

In director Grae Stafford’s latest, The Daily Caller destroys a hard drive.

it's exceedingly hard to "scratch" a hard disk unless you open it up.
