Irrelevant. Republicans in the Senate confirmed her.
I'll call that a somewhat dishonest statement.

Roll call shows only 3 Republicans voted for her, the usual suspects Collins, Murkowski and, of course, Romney, the perennial chump of our time.

@roamer_1
The is the whole jest of the matter.  Good 'ol Roamer is the king of Bitching and Naysaying.

So, I ask him.....   rather than bitching, provide us your 10 step plan of how to fix it.  And these 10 steps needs to be plausible and do-able in the political environment we are in.  Will wait for your list.

And the bulwark for that is a Reaganite Conservative Congress.

Well, gee willikers, that would be dandy to have, same me as having $20 million in my bank account.

But that just don't happen and that is no plan at all, as we have to play the hand dealt us instead of wishful thinking.

Judge Moss summarizes his opinion at the start: "Nothing in the [Immigration and Nationality Act]
or the Constitution grants the President ... the sweeping authority asserted in the proclamation and
implementing guidance. An appeal to necessity cannot fill that void."

Perhaps the judge should read this:

US Constitution

Article IV, Section 4

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion

Reports: NKorea Deploys 25K Troops to Fight in Ukraine

North Korea is tripling the number of troops fighting for Russia in Ukraine, sending 25,000 to 30,000 more soldiers, CNN reported, citing an intelligence assessment from Ukrainian officials.

The country sent 11,000 troops to help repel Ukraine from the Kursk region of Russia last November. About 4,000 North Korean soldiers have been killed, CNN reported. Russian President Vladmir Putin did not confirm North Korea's involvement until late April.

Ukrainian intelligence says North Korean troops will be engaged in combat in Russian-occupied Ukraine and will be integrated with Russian troops.

Hey, Chris,  can you explain why no one at SHRM (SHRM   :facepalm2: ) bought this key note speaker, former POTUS a first class ticket or chartered a plane so his security team could sit near him.

Information available suggests that former President Joe Biden's standard speaking fee after leaving office in January 2025 is $300,000
. However, reports indicate he is having difficulty securing engagements at this price. Some sources claim his asking price may be as high as $500,000. It is unclear if his fees are negotiable. For comparison, former President Barack Obama's initial speaking fee after leaving office was $400,000
