🚨 Fresno County, CA: Bikramjit Singh was arrested last Friday for Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, and Raping a Drugged Victim.

He is accused of pretending to be an Uber driver and picking up a woman at a bar. Reports state that he told the victim that he had done this before.

He has an immigration detainer hold.

Will it be able to fly again with replacing the engines if it goes full power?

As the globe braces for unpredictability in warfare, the United States Marine Corps faces a perilous crossroad. Historically revered as the nation’s swift emergency response force, the Corps’ rapid deployment capability, deeply rooted in its maritime prepositioning strategy, now hangs in the balance—buffeted by budget constraints and strategic missteps.


Maritime prepositioning has been the backbone of the Marine Corps’ global commitment for nearly four decades, showcasing its prowess in the Gulf Wars. The foresight of stationing combat power and sustainment in strategic locations has deterred adversaries and ensured swift military responses. Yet, in a concerning turn of events, budgetary pressures have led to the quiet deactivation of the Mediterranean maritime prepositioning squadron in 2018, a move that inadvertently left Europe exposed to emergent threats.
They Don't Want You To Carry One, But It's Not Prohibited
 
In 2017, three naval pre-positioning squadrons were established at the forefront to support crises and emergencies. One squadron with six ships stationed in the Mediterranean, a second squadron with seven ships in the Western Pacific, and a third squadron of seven ships in the Indian Ocean.

Each of these squadrons supported a Marine Expeditionary Unit (16,500 Marine Corps and sailors) in a 30-day battle.

Is There a Doctor Jill in the House? (Satire)

In the United States, between 40-50 percent of first marriages end in divorce. It’s even higher for second marriages: a whopping 60-70%. American Thinker contributor Robin Itzler recently met with First Lady Jill Biden to learn more about her and Joe and the secrets of their successful long-time marriage. (This is satire, for those who may be unsure.)

ME: You and President Biden have been married since 1977. There’ve been numerous stories about how you met. Some scenarios raise eyebrows and others are heartwarming. Can you take a few minutes to share how you met your future husband?

JILL: Yes.

ME: Go ahead...

JILL: Yes.

ME: Please take your time...

JILL: Yes.

ME: Okay, moving along. Americans have always been intrigued by our First Ladies, especially their tastes in fashion. Can you tell us when you became fascinated by sofa prints?

JILL: For some reason, the best dress designs are on couches.

This week, a lot of people and institutions got “punked,” that is, humiliated, by their own actions. Of course, the eternal punkees, as Hussein Aboubakar so brilliantly notes, are those who bought the Nakba myth by which Arab rulers instrumentalized the Palestinians for their own ends, a myth which ended with the Abraham Accords.

There are so many hoist by their own petard this week, I’m faced with an embarrassment of riches. Let’s start with the attack on Justice Samuel Alito. The Left simply cannot abide the fact that it doesn’t control all branches of the government, and threatens to pack the court and, barring that, disparages and tries to force the recusal of justices Clarence Thomas and Alito from the presidential immunity case, if not their removal from the court altogether.

They promote one pretext after another. Someone -- maybe a dummy or a prankster determined to expose them as idiots -- reported that once the American flag at Alito’s home in Virginia briefly was flown upside down. In the fevered world of the Left, this represented Justice Alito’s support of the January 6 “Insurrection.”

For people with any military or historical background, an upside-down flag is a distress symbol, and Alito responded that it was his wife’s response to some incivility by neighbors. Not satisfied with this first, not terribly successful, smear of the justice, a second flag, a pine tree with the words “An appeal to God” flown at the family’s vacation home, became the get-Alito rallying point.
